Senior Instructor – Heaven Man Earth Internal Arts International

Paul McIntyre is a certified Level 2 Instructor and direct disciple of Sifu Adam Mizner, founder of the Heaven Man Earth (HME) Internal Arts International system. Based in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, Paul offers small group intensive retreats and opportunities for mid- to long-term immersive, full-time practice. He also regularly teaches workshops in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, sharing his deep experience in the internal arts.

Paul’s background spans decades of training across a wide spectrum of martial, internal, and meditative disciplines. Originally from Australia, he began his journey in Korean martial arts as a child, which laid the foundation for a lifelong pursuit of authentic teachings throughout Southern, Eastern, and Southeast Asia.

Between 1999 and 2007, Paul trained extensively in taiji (tai chi), qigong, natural fist boxing, and Muay Thai under esteemed fight trainer Tao Jaiphet (JTS, Absolute MMA, Martial Spirit), during which time he was also exposed to Brazilian jiu-jitsu and MMA training. In 2005–2006, he deepened his practice by training intensively in Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu while residing in Kobe, Japan.

Since 2007, Paul has dedicated himself to the Heaven Man Earth system. Under the personal guidance of Sifu Adam Mizner, he has undertaken extensive live-in training and intensive retreats to refine his understanding and embodiment of the full HME curriculum—comprising taiji, neigong, qigong, meditation, Dhamma, and healing methods.

Paul brings to his teaching not only deep knowledge and long-term personal cultivation, but also a grounded, practical approach to guiding others on the path of internal development
